Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong item received

In such cases:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear pictures of the product & packaging.
  3. We’ll offer either a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

Note: We don’t accept returns based on fragrance preference or used candles.
