Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item received
In such cases:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Share clear pictures of the product & packaging.
- We’ll offer either a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Note: We don’t accept returns based on fragrance preference or used candles.
